Kaiteki (Japanese for pleasant, comfortable) is a premium quality shiitake mushroom brand. It is produced in Finland by the highest standards using modern technology in a clean environment, ensuring the highest quality of the product.
My role in the story of Kaiteki mushrooms has been in naming, brand development, and package design. Kaiteki mushrooms can be found nationwide in Finland, from Stockmann, K-Group and S-group stores.
